We recently held an event titled “How to Properly Employ Workers/Contractors in Poland: Legal and Tax Aspects.”

Not long ago, our experts, Maryia Lemiaza a and Tatiana Jaworczuk, were invited as speakers to an offline conference on this very topic. During the event, they shared valuable insights into employment contracts in Poland, tax regulations, as well as payment structures and expenses associated with different types of agreements.

We extend our gratitude to all participants who joined this collaborative event organized by ALG Legal, SMAR, and Belarus Business Center.

The seminar brought together over 60 attendees to discuss critical issues surrounding the legal and tax aspects of employing workers and contractors in Poland. The invited experts covered a wide range of topics, including employment contracts, taxation, and related payments. Additionally, key matters such as intellectual property rights and GDPR compliance were also addressed.
